My Transition Into Coaching
Many people ask me how I found
out about coaching and what started me on this path. I'm going to give
you a simple response to this transition. I discovered coaching at the National Wellness Conference in July, 2001, at a day-long session presented by Dr. Karen Wolfe. Within minutes of hearing what coaching was about, I knew it was the concept I'd been searching for. I couldn't think of anything that would fit better with my personality and background in wellness. It would allow me to positively impact people and to have the type of lifestyle I wanted. I soon discovered that coaching was one of the fastest-growing professions in the country. Now that the course is complete, I'm seeking certification from The Newfield Network and from The International Coach Federation (ICF). This has been one of my most amazing, life-changing experiences! The ICF is the professional

To say the least, the past 3 years have brought many changes and a new life that is rewarding and challenging. It hasn't been easy, but it's definitely one of the best things I've ever done. Thanks again to everyone for their support, encouragement and understanding! I love coaching and believe it's one of the best of all avenues toward personal growth and development.
