A collaborative effort between the Health Studio, Rapids Mall, Riverview Health Promotion and Whole Life Visions.
The purpose of this event is to educate the community about the
building blocks to optimal health. These are represented by healthy food, water, fitness and rest. This event will offer a variety of vendors, a healthy food court and education seminars throughout the day.
