![]() Imagine having someone in your life who is there JUST FOR YOU. The person you have imagined is COACH JACKIE. Jackie Bredl-Dietrich is a personal and professional coach, speaker, consultant and owner of Whole Life Visions. The services she provides include Personal & Professional Coaching, Organizational Coaching, Youth Coaching, Wellness Consulting, Trainings and Workshops. My Philosophy & Coaching Approach
Additionally, my value as your coach is much more than just the performance of tasks. I am a coach that offers empowering, in-depth insight to the people I work with. I consider the whole person no matter what brings them to coaching. We get to the heart of what's holding them back or keeping them stuck.
I make a difference for my clients
by helping them achieve results in their lives that they are not currently
achieving. Together, we explore what's possible and what's not possible
for them in their present way of doing things (moving, speaking and thinking).
I believe we are all "observers" and see the world through our
own eyes based on our experiences in life. As a result of coaching, how
you see situations is often shifted. This allows you to have more possibilities
and achieve even greater results. By uncovering what's missing or not
About JackieI grew up in Auburndale, WI
and then went to the University of WI - La Crosse where I earned my B.S.
degree in Community Health Education. While in college, I was a 4-year
letter winner in women's basketball. Before returning to Wisconsin Rapids
in 1999, I lived and worked in a variety of places including the Madison
area and the Quad Cities. Prior to venturing out on my own I had rewarding
positions with the following organizations:
I am a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and a member of the International Coach Federation. I graduated from the Newfield Network Coaching for Professional and Personal Mastery program, a highly regarded Accredited Coach Training Program. I am seeking coaching certification from the Newfield Network and the ICF. In addition, I attended Coaching for Excellence through CorePath.
In my spare time, I play and officiate basketball with my husband, John; enjoy walks and hikes with my dog, Glacier; and train and compete in sprint distance triathlons.
If this speaks to you, I invite you to take the first step on your journey. Jackie's CredentialsBusiness & Professional Women National Wellness Institute What Called Me To Coaching? Many people ask me how I found out about coaching and what started me on this path. I’m going to try to give you a simple response to this transition.
I came upon coaching at the National Wellness Conference in July, 2001, at a day long session presented by Dr. Karen Wolfe. Within minutes of hearing what coaching was about, I knew without a doubt that this was the concept I had been searching for. I couldn’t think of anything that would fit better with my personality and background in health promotion/wellness. It would allow me to positively impact people and to have the type of lifestyle I had hoped for. I soon discovered that coaching is one of the fastest growing professions.
Once I decided that coaching was the direction I wanted to pursue, I began taking the steps to get me there. Most of my spare time outside of my full-time job was spent developing my own business and gathering information about coaching programs. I linked with other coaches and people who could support me on this adventure.
On 11-01-01, Whole Life Visions became official. What a coincidence that my P.O. Box is 1101! In December, I attended Coaching for Excellence through CorePath (A New Ventures West introductory course). Shortly after this training I began The Newfield Network’s Coaching for Professional and Personal Mastery Program.
This 9 month program is accredited by the International Coach Federation and is designed with the high standards necessary to establish coaching as a profession. I attended three national conferences in Washington, D.C. and one regional conference in Chicago, IL. In between, I worked in small groups by e-mail and teleconferences and completed monthly learning guides. In addition, I was guided by a Master Certified Newfield Network Mentor Coach. Now that the course is complete, I will be seeking certification from The Newfield Network and from The International Coach Federation (ICF). This has been one of the most amazing, indescribable life changing experiences!
The ICF is the professional association of personal and business coaches that seeks to preserve the integrity of coaching around the globe. They are the largest non-profit professional association worldwide of personal and business coaches with more than 5000 members and 179 chapters in 30 countries.
In September, 2002, I moved on from my job and now dedicate my days to coaching with wonderful people, doing workshops and consulting. To say the least, the past 2 years have brought many changes and a new life that is rewarding and challenging. It hasn’t been easy but it’s definitely one of the best things I’ve ever done. Thanks again to everyone for their support, encouragement and understanding! I love coaching and believe it’s one of the best avenues toward personal growth and development. New Location – Livin’ the Dream
I bought and moved into a new home. Well, okay not new. Actually very, very old. A Queen Anne Victorian built in 1892. I’m officially offering in-person coaching sessions in what I refer to as, "The Coaching Parlor."
for the future which may include creating a Labyrinth. This is a walking meditation path that people I coach will be able to take advantage of. Stay tuned! Another offer is that The Coaching Parlor can be requested for meetings, workshops and other events that you may want to hold in an inspiring, peaceful, serene, historic setting. Interested? Let’s talk!
