Gift Certificates for Graduates Are you searching for a unique, practical, affordable present for a high school or college graduate? Consider giving them a gift certificate for a session of coaching with me specifically geared toward the next steps in their life – making a transition, finding a job, interviewing effectively, having self confidence in their words, body and mood. Coaching can assist with adjusting to college or the “real world”.
You may also consider gift certificates for people in other transitions in their life…marriage, having a baby, job change, birthdays, etc. You know what I’m talking about. It’s often at these times when people desire some extra support and another perspective to positively move forward.
Do you have someone in mind that you would like to show that you really care? Let’s talk.
"We don't stop playing because we grow old -we grow old because we stop playing." ~Unknown One area that I haven’t spent much time filling you in on is the trainings and workshops that I do for small and large groups of people. My calendar is starting to fill up for the fall so get in touch with me if you are interested in a fun, interactive presentation for an organization or group you are a part of. Some of the businesses and organizations I’ve worked with include:
Select from a variety of topics that are sure to provide positive experiences for any audience. Presentations are tailored to meet your needs. So, do not hesitate to describe what you’re looking for. Some examples include - but are not limited to:
Wellness Program Kick-Off Sessions; Life Balance; Wellness; Your Health/Life - Create a Plan You Love & Live It; Power of Intentional Conversations; Courage and Confidence in Your Conversations; Team Building; Leadership; Managing Change; Goal Setting & Decision Making; Mind-Body-Spirit Health; Mindfulness; Integrative Therapies; Intuition; Writing Your Personal Mission Statement; The Art of Mastery; Physical Activity; Relearning Lightness - Play for All Ages; Stress Management; Life Simplification
Unique Opportunities to Experience Coaching I provide coaching on the telephone, by e-mail and very often in-person (office, your home, neutral setting). Even more unique about my coaching style is that many of the coaching sessions I do involve walking or even riding bike together. So, you not only benefit from the unique conversations to move you forward but you also get a little exercise!
Gratitude "Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow." ~ Melody Beattie ~ In this section of the newsletter I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the people and organizations who I have worked with in the past couple months. I also want to thank everyone for their wonderful feedback and support! Center for Community Outreach Marshfield Clinic/Family Health Center, Randy Neve YWCA in Wausau , Trinka Berg City of Wisconsin Rapids , Beth Bakunowicz Natural Health Fest, Joanne Keyzer , Lori Hepp & Echo Keller Hotel Mead, Paula Webb & Stacy Scheunemann Central Wisconsin Counseling Associates, Ann Soe St. Joseph’s Hospital/Marshfield Clinic, Mary James & Patti Bell Wisconsin Learning Center , Doris McAllister Team Schierl Company, Bill Schierl Graphic Xpress, Mitch Schlagenhaft Neumark Design, Dan Derezinski
My Offer If you have a life – you can benefit from a coach. If you don’t have a life – then you really need a coach! As a coach, I offer people one of the most sincere relationships they will ever have. In this partnership they can create the life they love and live the life they create. At times, I show them a perspective they haven’t seen or don’t want to see. This helps people design their life so that they can achieve what they want.
I would be honored to share this information with you and others. So, don’t hesitate to invite me to come to your next staff meeting or social gathering.
My Request My request is that you will be an advocate for me and the profession of coaching. I’m a pioneer for coaching locally. One of my goals is to spread the word so that others can benefit. I value your assistance and would appreciate your support. I’m very grateful to those of you who have referred coaching clients, workshops and consulting opportunities my way.
Do you know someone else who would enjoy the Whole Life Visions Newsletter? Please forward this on or refer them to www.WholeLifeVisions.com to sign up. Remember to keep the information intact, including the contact information. Thanks!
